Our sizing is sorted by age.
For example :
SIZE 1 is for 1 year old babies
SIZE 7 is for 7 year old children.
Orders will be packed and shipped within 7 business days.
Dresses marked as MADE TO ORDER wil require 4-5 weeks to be handmade by our seamstress. If express post is selected, we will express post your dress as soon as it is completed.

If you have paid for shipping we will update your tracking number once your item has been shipped.
The rest of your order is on the way already but please email us and we will be able to chase it up for you. It is possible that your items are coming from our multiple warehouses hence arriving in multiple shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges or credit notes for products unworn & still in original packaging. You have 30 days to return items at your own convenience for a credit note or exchange. It's as simple as that.
Please note that the shipping costs for the return is at the buyers expense.
Custom items that are made to measure to your own child's measurements will not be eligible for a credit note or exchange.
